Im a noob at this looking for some help on how macros work, I was using some in a campaign with some family members and the formula seemed weird. Anyone with experience on stuff like this i'd appreciate hopping into a test and helping me out!

ah Im sorry, DnD 5e. And really just macros in general, specifically i was using the charisma roll out of the character sheet and rolling higher than 20 every time

Thanks guys! These are just what i was looking for, plus I found part of the answer in my PHB. The two rolls were advantage/disadvantage with the first being neither. Helps a bunch!
