Playing some Fiasco this Saturday night 05/02 @ 20:00 GMT+1

Hi everyone! I just got invited to the group and I would love to play some Fiasco with 3 or 4 other players. Other than having a mic I don't have any special requirements so just post here if you would like to play, no previous experience needed. The date and time are in the title but I'm flexible about the time. I guess we would play in this campaing unless it's inconvenient to someone else. So, anyone up to it? First come first served! :)
I'll play
Great, that makes two of us! Have you ever played Fiasco before?
no but I've been reading up on it.
I'd love to join you said the time is flexible well I'm good with Saturday if we could do Sunday that would be fantastic for me but Saturday's okay to
I believe that's 15h00 CDT (3:00pm) if I'm not mistaken. I might be able to come but no promises as of yet.

CDT is GMT - 6. That means 7 hours "behind" GMT +1. So 20:00 Miguel's time will be 13:00 for doskido. 14:00 for those on Eastern time I'd like to join, but I will probably be out. It's free comic book day here, among other things.
Oh I didn't take in account the +1. But right now it's 23h40 GMT+1 and it's 17h40 CDT here. So 20h00 GMT+1 should be 14h00 CDT for me and 15h00 EDT right?
7 hours difference for Central, 6 hours different for Eastern. IE : Midnight for Miguel is 6 PM for me. This might help: https://www.timeanddate.com/time/map
It's 6 pm here right now and it's midnight BST( British Summer Time) which is the same as GMT+1. So that's a 6 hour difference for CDT and 5 hours for EDT.

I speak with people in GMT +1 time zone every day of the year. It is now 7:19 PM here and 1:19 AM there. (--- sorry I wrote PM -- I mean AM) If you look at the map I linked, it's clear to see that there is 7 hours difference between you and GMT +1
Well, checking with the times in which you put your messages it seems that doskido got the conversion right. We switched to British Summer Time not so long ago here so maybe that's why Dasra is one hour off. @Brogan C. That's cool! I'll be happy to help if you have any doubt. @Zach W. Unfortunately this Sunday is not possible for me. However, I count with you for Saturday :) @Doskido That's OK. Just drop by if you can. So with this we already three confirmed people. Ideally we should get at leas one more player, two tops.
Hi Miguel. I understand the confusion. You are expressing "summer time" (Daylight Saving time) by shifting your time zone. I state the zones as absolute and then compensate for DST depending upon location and whether DST is being observed Since we are all observing Daylight Saving Time here (except in some strange pockets), our times have all shifted as well. If I had known your location to start, I wouldn't have made this such a bungle.
Oh, I see where the problem was now. Usually we tend to say that we switch time zones rather than to state if we are applying DST or not (At least most people I know). I remember doing that back in Spain too.
I'm going to try to attend. I won't know for sure until right before the game. Sorry to be vague. Cheers!
I may stop in, although I'm in the same boat; I won't know if I'll make it until the time has come.
We still have room for two more players and Doskido is in the same situation as you guys so unless you all decide to drop by there would be no problem :) Also, is everyone OK with doing this via hangouts or skype? In my experience they work way better than the built-in system.
So we just finished the session and I must say it was great! We ended up being Brogan, Sterling, Doskido and myself and I can say that I look forward to play again with you people :)
Thanks for the great game! Loads of fun!
Sorry I was a no show guys, I got the time zone difference wrong.
