Chrome: Graphic bounding box not located on graphic when add-on has toolbar

As a GM, when viewing a page, the bounding box for a graphic (region used for mouse events) in any layer is shifted off the graphic. The delta between the bounding box location and the graphic location seems to vary based on the zoom level and the page scroll bar position (page is 35 x 35). In some cases, the bounding box shifted in to the Ether (e.g. the graphic is no longer interactive since the bounding box cannot be found). This issue is only present when an add-on has a tool window in the browser. In my case, the Norton tool-bar causes the issue. Additionally, the following artifacts are present in this use case: -The Roll20 "Page Toolbar" button is not visible (e.g. cannot show the header with the campaign pages). -The Roll20 "Page Frame" is always visible, and has no contents (e.g. the gray rectangular header which normally contains campaign pages). Using Chrome Version 42.0.2311.135 m Windows 7 64bit

I don't know about Norton Tool-Bar specifically, but Chrome extensions can inject content scripts into a page, as well as alter the underlying HTML for them. Something like Norton Tool-Bar seems like a likely candidate for doing this sort of thing in the name of security. If Roll20 works without this disparity between target and bounding box when Norton Tool-Bar is disabled, then it is not directly a problem with Roll20. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Closing the toolbar without disabling the add-on or its dependencies resolves the issue. The presence of the bar (which docks below the address bar) seems to interfere with roll20 coordinate calculations; the entire roll20 window is shifted off the visible screen (e.g. I cannot see the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the roll20 UI). This issue is not present in IE 11. I do not have another browser installed. If there is value for the community in following the suggested steps I will do so, but I am not in need of further assistance.
