Date: 17-21st Reaping, 690 CY Attendance: Clifton, Wulrakas, Virgil, cat. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recap: Waking up the following morning to a breakfast of venison, courtesy of Thruskk and Jericho, the party sets off down the Sheldomar again. That night they come across two men looting a corpse; Virgil kills one man and injures the other with a barrage of magic missiles. The surviving man pleads for his life, claiming that the corpse was there when they arrived. To appease the man they give him their Manticore pelt. Amos feels uncomfortable with the whole thing and so the barge continues down the river for the remainder of the night. Two days later, an eight-point buck is found on the side of the river. Jericho insists that they dock to catch it, and he and Thruskk head off into the woods (being the best hunters). When the rest of the party tries to join them, they're attacked by a wild wyvern. After everyone maims and scares off the wyvern, Thruskk and Jericho return with the gutted buck. They all continue their journey down the river. Finally arriving in the vast metropolis of Gradsul, Amos gives the group a small introduction to some of the districts. He suggests that they try the Wayward Dolphin to find a captain to take them to Seaton; meanwhile he heads to the Stiff Mast (along with Thruskk and Jericho for protection) in order to purchase some dogs.
