new player looking for help

Hey guys I have played d&d on paper with friends and have always really enjoyed it but in looking for help getting started online as this site looks good can any one help me please.

Welcome to Roll20! I have to say, this site is amazing and I wouldn't be able to indulge in my love of RPGs nearly as much as I do without it! All the links Mark G. sent you are excellent reads and you should check them out.
