Market place permissions question

I'm running a campaign with a friend, he's a much better map-maker than i and i wanted him to build the maps for the game. However i'm the one who has money to spend, thus am the campaign owner and would be getting things like marketplace assets. What i'm wondering is, if i were to buy a set on the marketplace, can other people with GM permission in games i own use those sets (within that game) or do THEY have to have them on their account?

You friend shouldn't be capable of pulling the marketplace images from the Art Library pane. However, he should be able to copy and paste anything you put onto one of the map pages. I would recommend setting up a "palette" page where you can drop all of the stuff you buy for him. Then, he can copy those images and put them on whatever page he wants. =)
Awesome, thats what i'll do then. not the easiest method but close enough. Thanks for the helpful response!
