Game not showing up in LFG with keywords in game description.

As the title says, a game I'm running does not show up when searched with any sort of keywords, and I can only pull it up via diggin through the "other games" category manually. Despite me putting the tags in, and keywords that are in the description, and even in the name, my looking for players listing will only come up with no keywords entered. I feel that this is incredibly detrimental for finding new players, as it doesn't get featured when people search words extremely relevant to its content. This is also disconcerting considering I am and have been a supporter for quite some time.

Hi Kai, I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles! Can you post a link to the LFG post and the keywords you're trying to search for it with? How recently did you add the listing? Also, have you changed the keywords recently?
<a href="https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/20297/tales-of-" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/20297/tales-of-</a>... is the listing. I have tried Sci-fi Scifi and even the start of the title, and nothing seems to work aside from selecting other games with no keywords. I've tried removing and restarting the listing as well, and the results are similar even days later.

Kai, I'm taking a look also. I don't know the solution so for the moment I can just document some testing. It may have something to do with the searching system specifically regarding "Scifi". Your game comes up under a search for a term as short as, "d20"! Just 3 letters (which are within your title), and I see your game. Try "mature d20" to narrow it down and your game appears. From your title, "Tales Void", and it appears. "Tales Of The" also works! Getting better. But when I tried "mature scifi", now the game does NOT appear. (No games appear). It kind of looks like searching for "scifi" is not working.

I see other game show with just scifi, and the problem is, that scifi is going to be the term most interested players would search, Along with other single keywords it doesn't seem to come up. even Sci-Fi doesn't work. Also, using the terms you put in, I get nothing in the search results.

I don't see any results under just "scifi". You do see some games under that?

Kai, some questions if you would be able to help research and troubleshoot this? First I think aiming for getting your LFG to appear under "Sci-Fi" is the best starting place, rather than "scifi" for now. Let's go for the version with the dash in the word. 1. Do you know about the Edit Keywords field? Click on Virtual Tabletop, then click View All Campaigns, then click EDIT TAGS. Make sure your tags such as "scifi" and "sci-fi" are there. 2. Change your campaign TITLE to this, [Sci-Fi] Tales of the Void D20 3. Let those changes sit for a couple hours and check LFG again. Post here to report if this changes anything.
I had both variants in the tags, and science fiction as two words, I'll try the prefix as well. I've gotten 1-2 other campaigns to pop up under scifi before, but not mine, it seems that the search as a whole is bugging out on my end.

I tracked down the problem. It should be fixed Soon TM.
Having Sci-Fi in the title seems to have worked for now.
