im stuck at the loading screen

i have tried all the fixes i can find on here but none work is it my end or some other thing

I am having the same issue, new campaign. Tool bar loads, but that is it, wont progress past saying 'loading...' Other (older) campaigns seem to load correctly. Edit: I had Originally deleted this post after reading about earlier days issues regarding DDoS protection issues, but that seems to have been resolved, this issue however has not.

What are you doing? I tried to create a new campaign and also stuck at the loading screen.

I had the same problem. Tried creating a campaign, but all I get is the loading screen. Already tried refreshing, restarting Chrome and the PC, clearing my cache... Can anyone help here?

Hi, players. As Jay B mentioned, there were some problems with connecting to the site earlier, but I think that was resolved earlier today. I am bringing this Bug thread to the attention of the Devs so they can take a look. For now, please follow the usual troubleshooting procedure as follows. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Thank you for the response Gold, and sure enough though Id cleared my cache and restarted chrome before posting, after turning off my extensions (and restarting) I was able to get my new campaign to open. Thank you for your help!

Thank you from me as well! I deactivated my extensions and it worked. Then I reactivated them one after the other, and it still works... So who knows what that was.
