You will need to use the Other Games option for Numenera . There isn't enough space to list every RPG, so only those with a statistically significant number of games are listed by name, the rest fall under Other Games . The Devs review the popularity of games whenever they do their Report and adjust games on and off the list. See below...

Please use "Cypher System Games (Numenera, The Strange, Etc)" for this. The problem is actually that this name doesn't come up if you start typing "Numen....." because the word registers as (Numenera with the parentheses connected. The game is available for listing if you know what to look for, "Cypher".
