Seattle, WA - 30yr old beginner looking for a D&D group (physical not online)

I know this site is for online, but I'm searching everywhere and thought I'd post here in case people around my area are patient enough to let me join their group and learn/grow. I have a job and a car and am a very determined/quick learner willing to buy what is needed (assuming couple sets of dice and a book or 2). Please reach out if you are near Seattle. Was turned on to D&D by Critical Role via Geek&Sundry and Acquisitions Incorporated via Youtube/PAX. Much appreciated!
Did you try your local game stores? -Ajax
I live in downtown Seattle myself, so I know how hard it is to find an actual plain old non-official group. Ajax, trust us, the local Seattle gaming stores don't advertise groups for RP games anymore, and the 'Encounters' players are...flaky at best. It's all just magic the gathering, or random 1 hour encounters. Greenlake Games, Card Kingdom, Gamma Ray...you name it, there's no home RP groups. It's a different attitude in the city here. Like finding a needle in the haystack. And if you do find one, they usually brake up in a week. (Again the flake factor is strong in Seattle.)
Other thought for you guys is to try Meetup.com - I know in my area (Minneapolis), there's a pretty active Pathfinder group and RPG group on it.

The D&D group here is again...Encounters only. You can start there, but good luck getting them to play home games. Could happen if you can ever find a GM willing. Could. Oh, and sorry for hijacking your thread Kenny. Maybe you'll have better luck, eh.
