I find myself needing to turn health bars & effects on and off during and after battles, and I sometimes feel like I have too many options for creating things and not enough for managing them.
I think we should be able to set different modes for different parts of the game. Turn on health bars & macros during fights & events, but take them away once we don't need them, or it could lessen the immersion in the game.
I also wouldn't mind getting new tools for player management, and implementing modes might be the best way to reduce UI clutter while increasing our toolset.
