Do you use google+ or know how too? If not, Here is how you sign up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBgy-zY9b04 If so, here is my recommendation for easiest way to get games started. Get all of your gamers, google+ or e-mail information. Go into google+ and add a new circle (I always call mine by the game name.) Add the e-mails and contacts into that circle. Circles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFLasAEOr0c If this is a repeat group, you will never have to do this step again. Go back into Roll20.net and click the campaign, choose the name and underneath you will see "Launch in Google+ Hangout." Click that. ONLY THE GM has to do this. Player's will receive a notification with Google+ that they have been invited to a hangout. There it will take you back to Google+ where it will ask which friends/circles it wants you to add, there you can choose the gaming circle you made up earlier. Then the hangout starts. If it is your first time it may need to install the Hangouts app, but once in you will see on the bottom left, "People" and "Apps" choose Apps and you will see Roll20 ..... choose that and go. The initial setup does take a few minutes, but really takes seconds after you do it the first time. I find the voice and video far more responsive than running through Roll20. If it does start to lag after awhile, I suspect some kind of memory leak. so during breaks or every few hours you may want to get players to restart. Takes 10 seconds. If you can not hear or see yourself, in the top right there is a settings tab to change mic and video. If you get error 3, it is due to sound quality. Just wrote this in a different thread, but felt it needed it's own thread to help others.

Please do not discuss here if you do or do not like Google+ or hangouts, I am hoping this thread is to help those who ARE interested.
