Several Problems Last Night

I GMed a game last night with four other players. I was using Google Chrome (21.0.1180.75 m) on an HP (5.9 rating) running Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1). Problem #1: Sluggishness -- The whole system seemed slow. Often I would click a button (e.g. the Next Turn button) and nothing would happen. Or, something would happen several seconds later. It seems OK this morning, so maybe it had to do with the number of people logged on. Problem #2: Mouse Displacement -- I had to aim my mouse down and to the right on many of the buttons. I was unable to access the bottom scroll bar at all; When I clicked with the mouse pointer on the scroll bar, I only drew a selection rectangle on the map. Again, I tried to reproduce this problem this morning without success. Problem #3: Video & Voice Interface -- There were so many problems with video not working that we ended up turning off the video feed. We still had many problems with mics stopping, so we ended up using Skype. Problem #4: Disappearing Avatars -- This was an odd one. Players would log in and they would pop up on the screen bottom left. Then, after a while, their avatars would just disappear. They could still type and read what was being typed for a time, and they could even hear what was being said by others. Very often this would be accompanied by a loss of voice transmission to others, but it was difficult to tell if these two events were correlated because mics were dropping all the time. It seemed that after a time in this sort of limbo (no avatar, no voice, but hearing and seeing everything) that the players would then be dropped. Refreshing the Chrome screen solved this problem. I must have personally refreshed about ten to fifteen times. At one point, I switched to Firefox, but the problems persisted. Problem #5: Non-Random Dice Rolls -- I rolled two 20s in a row. Not too unusual, but one of my players said there had been problems with dice rolls. I rolled again for fun (I don't think the "three crits in a row equals certain death" applies in PF). I rolled another 20. Then I had all my players roll a /r 1d20+6 and, to my surprise, two sets of identical rolls popped up. I am wondering what is used to seed the random number generator for the dice rolls. It seems too much of a coincidence to get that many repeats in the space of 90 seconds or so. I think this site shows promise. Thanks guys and gals for all your work. If you need more information, please let me know. It seems there are changes here every day. Hopefully the information above will help you keep improving.
On #1, we're actively working to reduce latency at the network level. So hopefully this will be getting resolved over the next week or so. #2: Hmmm...let me know if you can reproduce this with success. May something to do with different zoom levels? #3: There is a known issue with Chrome's new Flash player that it includes, there is an announcement for it on this forum. #4: I will look into that. That is odd. #5: The dice rolls are seeded based on time, so if two people roll at exactly the same time they are going to roll the same value. We're actually switching this over to a new system very soon, though, so this shouldn't be the case for very much longer.
Thanks for your very quick response. I will let you know if the mouse displacement occurs again. I think that problem #3 (Voice and Video Interface) persisted when I switched to Firefox. I am pretty sure we had not yet moved over to Skype. I am not 100% certain of this though. I know problem #4 (Disappearing Avatars) persisted in Firefox, as I mentioned.
We had problems 1,3,4 and 5 last night. We also ended up using Skpe after 45min of trying to get tok box working. I had to reload every 5min or so to keep updated and see chat.
You were reloading every 5 minutes? Because of Tokbox or because it you weren't receiving changes (e.g. a player was moving a piece but it wasn't moving on your screen)?
Also see #3 here on Firefox. There seems to be consistent issues with getting video and voice working, often taking up more time than our group's actual play time - which is really not so great.
Try my idea to work around the dice issue, if you use macros, add a /r 1d100 before any d20 rolls, in my experiments it made a difference.
I was having problem number #4 last night in my game my players kept diapering they could see me but i could not see them. We could not see their Dice rolls. they were using Chrome i think. i am in Firefox.

We could not see their Dice rolls. they were using Chrome i think. i am in Firefox. Do you know when you were playing and having this issue? We pushed out an update around 10 PM EST that should have fixed the disappearing players issue, but if you were already in-game you may not have gotten the new code.
I also had the same problem Tuesday and Thursday with my group. Name and icon on the bottom of the screen and then they were gone, but they were still in roll 20. At other times die rolls were not visible in the chat box area.
