Randomly disappearing richtext

One of my players is trying to write text in a character sheet spellbook and random information is not being saved when this player closes the character sheet and then re opens this. This player utilizes Google chrome as the browser and Windows Vista as the operating system. When I put information onto the sheet, it is retained, but my players richtext is not retained. Is there any known issue that I should be aware of?

Hi Matthew, Can you have your player please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
