Ability to have tokens add predetermined initiative scores into the turn order

When I GM on Roll20, I use tokens for my bad guys but do not create character sheets for each bad guy. Could there be a way to have an initiative value given to a token so when you add that token to the turn order, it auto populates the predetermined intiative?

You can select the token and then do [[14 &{tracker}]]. I haven't tested it, but that probably works in a whisper to yourself too: "/w gm [[42 &{tracker}]]". Edit: Okay, I HAVE tested it and it DOES work.
This works and does help some, but still necessitates typing at moment of initiative. I was looking for that to auto trigger off of a pre-determined value set at token creation (my gm prep time rather than in game time with players) , like possibly using one of the three bars that could auto populate when adding that token to the initiative order.
For that, you could just add it as a macro. Depending on what you want, you could have it as a hard-coded token action that you write when you set up the character or, as a generic macro that references the selected token's attributes via the @{selected|value} command (where value can be an attribute, bar, or something like the token's name).
I don't want to have to create character sheets for every enemy token. Just trying to see if the developers can have an option for a token to auto populate a predetermined value into the turn order when you select a token and then click "add turn" instead of having that token populate with a value of 0.
Perhaps in the Advanced tab on the token there could be a field that could have a value that is referenced when the "Add token" action is clicked.
This works for me. Thanks for the input. I use up a bar slot but the following works as a token action: /gr [[@{selected|Bar2}&{tracker}]]
