Nearly Permanent "Page Settings" Hover Message

can be fixed by reloading the page, but waiting about a minute every time it happens gets old

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you post a screenshot of what you mean? Additionally, can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

No screen shots :/. basically, if I hover over the gear to click "Page Settings" sometimes the reminder text will just stay there and in the way of my veiw. a minor complaint, its just somewhat annoying. like i said, if you reload the page, it fixes itself. But it does happen frequently, the bug.

ok. Try steps 1-3 to attempt to fix the issue, provide the results of step 4 next time it happens and we'll try to figure out if there is something causing it. =/
