Mic issues within Roll 20

When using Chrome players cannot hear me on my Logitech H540. It works fine in other browsers.

Hi, Jesse. Can you please run through our Audio Visual Troubleshooting guide?
Not sure where to find this... but is there a maximum number of players that can be logged into a given campaign? We are seeing consistent issues right now where 6 players + GM - voice comm is fine. Once we add a 7th player, people start having voice/comm issues where random people are no longer able to speak/hear others. Each time the 7th player joins, the issue seems to move to another random player or the GM.

There is no hard cap of the number of players that can join a game. That said, the more people who join the more data being passed around. If you continue to have issues please start a new thread and we'd be happy to assist you.
I have run through the audio visual tips and all of that is fine.
Try disabling all your add-ons and clearing your cache again on Chrome. Go ahead and make sure you are giving permissions to Chrome to use your mic in Roll20. You can find the instructions for that in the Audio Visual Troubleshooting guide linked above by Steve. If you need help disabling your add-ons or clearing your cache, check out the instructions found here: Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
