Stuck on loading screen

Hey today a friend of mine invited me to roll20.
The first time all worked fine, after reopening the campaign i stuck in loading screen.
P.s. hope my english is not to bad.

Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. A Console Log from the moment you logged into the page through when you encountered the issue.

I would suggest trying to disable your addons- especially ad block and clearing your cache and trying again. Make sure Javascript is running too.

Would it be possible to get the console log in English? That would help me help you out.

Roll20 seems to be down. Me and my party have the same problem

I'm currently having the same problem with a campaign I'm running. I was working on some new pages, it told me I was disconnected, now the campaign won't load when I try to refresh it. It appears all my pages are gone.

same a message came up and said that connection was interrupted so I restarted my router and logged bag on and now Im stuck on a loading screen...

Just cleared the catch and my hostory in chrome and the campaign is loading correctly now.

I too am getting stuck on loading after the countdown expires. All I was attempting to do was get into my campain to edit it for tonight.

EDIT: It seems like it comes and goes. Sometimes it hangs sometimes it takes a few min but gets in and sometimes a few seconds

same for me after 15h of work how can i debug that ?

About an hour ago, we did have some server issues that should be resolved now. Please check the site again and post if you are still having issues.
