Looking for Eclipse Phase EST

I have no idea what went down. I have no clue if James is gonna stick to his days or change them. But heck we have enough people for two games easily. Anyone given a though to round robin GMing?
I'm not familiar enough with the game to do it myself unfortunately.
Its cool man, I just thought I would ask as a few of us know the system. But tend to be a bit scared of it. What about someone running one of thepublished Mods?
Don't Mind the WMD, is pretty easy to run and is meant to be ran by folks that dont kow what they're doing. The last time i ran it, the PC kept the WMDs.
I tried to run Golry once online....it ended badly
James T, I'm in for a tuesday game if you are, just send us a link.
I thought James game was saterday?

James T., to prevent the entire world from joining your game, I've blanked out your post. We suggest sending invites via private message. If you're wanting to leave the link public, so anyone and everyone can join, just leave a note here and I'll unblank the post again.
I can't even raise him anymore. Oh well. Back to the hunt.
Maybe we shall find someone
Shannon S. & Penultimatum (et al.): Hello. I thought of this thread when I saw this post over on the EP Registry Forum: http://eclipsephase.com/looking-players-weekly-or-pbp-game-wed-8pm-est-us Might be what you are looking for? FYI - I don't know Gerzel. In any case, I hope you find a GM soon. Best of.
I saw that but he is wanting to merge two rule systems together. Thanks for the heads up however.
The rule system merging is something I'd like to do but not required. One thing is that seven players is a lot and I am out of practice GMing. It's been 2 years since I've run a proper game and I want to practice a bit, as I ran a couple sessions recently and was very inflexible in how I reacted to things. Do you have any idea on what sort of games you are looking for?
I am unfamiliar with the Drama system, and while I'm familiar with the EP rules, I've never actually played a game before. I would be interested either way though. A Firewall based game would be my ideal, but other than that I don't really have a strong preference.
Well 7 is a lot but it is a player pool. You will lose some depending on your days and times. I have no clue about the drama system, but I do know fate and I hear the drama system is also a narrative based system. As for game type, I really do not care, its a massive setting so its not hard to come up with chracters for any game type
I'd be willing to try it, though I'm not familiar with the drama system.
Drama is far more narrative than FATE. I'd actually use both systems as Drama handles the interpersonal, dramatic, scenes well but not so much the action scenes. I'm still figuring things out RL and weighing my options.
Personally, I would not be down for merging the two systems at this time. I simply do not know enough of the drama system to use it with another system I am not super firm with. Some of the folks listed here may taqke you up on the experiment, but I would have to bow out at merging them.
I'm not either, if you're already loaded, don't strain yourself for me. I'm trying to understand base Eclipse Phase so I can run it correctly myself.
I cannot do Wednesdays as well. Only really Monday and Tuesday.
I think I'll have to play with the site more before i run a game.

I'd like to run an Eclipse Phase campaign weekly on Tuesdays at 8:00 or 9:00 pm. Here's a link to the listing. Hope to hear from y'all! https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/27774/eclipse-phase-operation-splinter
Unfortunately, that's a bit too early for me. I'd still be at work. Hope the time works for everyone else though.
I shall give it a look, ty

I'll probably still be at work, too. If 9:00 is too late, I can go as early as 8:00 and we could shorten it to three hours. I'm reasonably flexible.
Ack...unfortunately I wanted to play someone with Psi...so it looks like your game is a no go for me. Thanks anyway.
No worries, thanks for taking a look and good luck finding a game.
Thanks, Greg, but I wanted to play an unaltered canon my first time. I hope you find enough players!
I could GM/play an Eclipse Phase game. Anyone interested?

Hey guys, hope you don't mind me adding my own voice to this thread. My real-life Eclipse Phase session just imploded. I figured the problem, after thorough discussion with the group in post, was that, simply put, it's the kind of game that the players really need to want to play i.e. be interested in the setting and be forgiving of all the awkward reaching-for-recognition that is inevitable the first few times. That said, I am a new-ish GM myself. I read a bunch of the core rulebook a while back, played a couple of games at a con and was completely hooked onto it. Hadn't had much luck in getting a group going until recently and I'd still really like to return to it. So that brings me to this thread. I am willing to GM provided you guys are reasonably patient with me. I'm not completely new at GMing thankfully, and I would really love to put more time into creating options and quests for players, as long as I see that they are interested. I'm unfamiliar with the Roll20 system, but I believe it should be easy to pick up. I'll take no more than four players. Sorry, but I doubt I could do a good job beyond that. Vanilla EP to start with. My preferred time would be Friday evenings, after 6pm EST, but I could swing Saturday evening if there is strong interest in that. Let me know what you guys think.

I'm a new player with delusions of eventually being a new GM, so I'd be as patient as death...er...yeah. I'm totally down! Friday's after 6 should normally be good for me, though I may be cutting it close sometimes with my commute.
I just found this and I'm interested. I would prefer being a player because to me that is more fun and a bit less commitment, however if need be I am capable of GMing. I'm in EST, and my job is a part time job with flexible hours so my schedule isn't always consistent, but they generally schedule me on tuesday/thursday/Saturday or Sunday, and Sunday I have another EP campaign I play in with some friends in person so that would take precedence

I just played a session at Gencon, so i also have minimal experience, but have read through all the books since they are free to download. Fridays EST after 6 is also fine with me.
