Blank journal for player

I was just invited to join a new game by that game's GM. When I click on the journal button to create my character, the journal panel is completely blank. Additionally, I cannot click on tokens on the map. In other games that I'm the GM of, I can access the journal panel correctly. In attempting to diagnose and fix this issue, I asked the GM to create a character for me and set it so that I can edit it, but nothing showed up in my journal. Refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, and switching web browsers do not seem to solve this problem – I've tried both Chrome v43.0.2357.130 (64-bit, OS X) and Safari v8.0.6 build 10600.6.3. Before launching into the full 'console log' response, ensure that the GM has assigned you any sheets and set you as being able to see and edit them first. Your journal suggests that this hasn't been correctly done (ie. the GM may have set them but not saved the settings, just closed the journal afterwards). Refer them to this wiki page on journals and then report back once you are certain that they have indeed issued you a character sheet to use and we can take it from there if the problem persists.
