I'd recommend Mekton Zeta, it's designed around Robots/Mecha. Does a decent job of it and supports exo-suits, transformers, giant mecha, giant ships(such as Macross), and if you want giant monsters. It's not a perfect system,nothing is, but it handles Mecha well. <a href="http://www.mektonzeta.com/" rel="nofollow">http://www.mektonzeta.com/</a> should have some some basic info about the game floating around in there and Mekton Alpha thingy under resources that goes through the basics of the game. Should also be some sources floating around the net for Gundam settings and other things. There's also an old Robotech Game system floating around from a long time ago, not sure if it's any good though. I remember there used to be a Bubblegum Crisis game as well but that deals with ex-suits(and like Robotech is built around that anime). I've seen another system or two out there revolving around robots/mecha as well but I haven't used them and can't remember a name. Maybe someone else can list them.
