Integrate with OpenID account providers ["Login with Facebook/Google/etc."]

We already have too many usernames and passwords! Please don't contribute to "account bloat." Especially given that you already support Google+ hangouts, letting people use their Google [or other service] accounts for authentication seems like a natural step. We are not doing this at this time. It is something we've discussed and tabled indefinitely. If we reconsider, we'll be public about it.
