Microphone volume must be turned very high to be heard.

I was testing out roll20 earlier today. My two friends could not hear me speak into my headset microphone until I had turned my microphone levels to 100 and boosted my output by +20.0 db. I've made plenty of Skype calls using this headset, and with Skype it's usually the case that my microphone is too sensitive, rather than the other way around. I'm inclined to believe it's a problem with roll20, not my microphone. Attached are the specs of my computer, and a reference picture of my headset. My headset is a Logitech Premium Notebook headset. I do not have a webcam on my computer, nor any other microphones plugged into the computer.
If you click on the wrench over your video chat image you should get an slider to adjust your mic gain within tokbox
I increased that gain before I ever amplified it under my computer settings, and still had this problem. In fact it was with this slider set to full, along with the amplifying I described above, that allowed me to be heard.
Maybe it's a little late to respond, but I am facing exactly the same issue. Other programs or web pages that need to use a microphone work fine, though. Unfortunately it is not possible for me to turn the microphone any higher without generating hissing. I am using a Trust 5.1 Sourround USB Headset.

Arne, are you having volume problems using TokBox, using Google Hangouts, or when using both?
