No credit card but I have Paypal

Hi, I've heard a lot about your table over at my site, www.thetangledweb.net (I go by Ao over there). I would like to review your table with a full subscription but I didn't see a Paypal option and that's the only thing I use to pay for things online. Is there any way you can accommodate me? I'm interested in seeing the full array of features that this table offers. I currently push my members to use maptool from www.rptools.net . I first started online roleplaying using openRPG though and that's what I recommend as a second choice over there. The Tangled Web sprang up because I wanted there to be a good place to connect with other gamers around the world. I've been hearing more and more players referencing roll20 so I'd like to reevaluate your service. I checked it out a while back and you seem to have really evolved. The problem, like I said, is that I'd like to check the table out for a month with the 9.99 package and review it. I can only pay with Paypal though... can we work something out here?

Im sorry, we do not accept Paypal. It is my understanding they are difficult to work with especially for recurring (monthly) billing. Here is a post (#2) from Nolan on the topic: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3370/subscriptions-how-i-think-they-could-boost-their-subscription-count#post-26494 I suggest getting a prepaid credit card. - Gauss
Thanks for the quick reply. I've been playing with the free version for an hour or so and I think I have enough info to write something up. I'm an impulse spender and I got caught up in the moment... if I think about it when I'm out maybe I'll grab one, but, ah well. I appreciate the link to that informative post... his point is quite clear.
Yes PayPal would be motivation for me too.
I don't want recurring billing... one of the reasons I don't want to enter a debit card... I tend to forget things like that and then you get me for another month when I just wanted to try the tool out for a review and was willing to give you a month's pay for what is going to be just a few hours for me. I understand that you don't want to bother with such things for a mere $10 so hey, I'll just work with what I've got for the review. I came in to this skeptical of the program anyway. No worries :D
Simple solution. Subscribe and then immediately cancel. No recurring bill and you get to use Mentor status for a month.
"I don't want recurring billing... one of the reasons I don't want to enter a debit card... " That's just one of the reasons... another is that I don't want me wife seeing me blow money on "stupid rpg shit" so, as she can check the transactions on our card in seconds, I'd rather avoid the argument altogether. Regarding buying a prepaid card... I have left my house like twice in nearly two months. The reason for that I'd rather not share, suffice to say that I'm not just running out to get a prepaid card and I'm not using my family debit card. I'll just have to live without ever seeing Dynamic Lighting... it's ok, I've used it before in other tools, so I know the general idea.

Paypal has its own prepaid credit card. You might want to look into that. - Gauss
