Tell a little more about yourself, what brought you here, what you're looking for & when would you be available to play? What kind of games are you interested in, or have you heard about? Fantasy roleplaying like D&D, like swords and magic? Or another genre like, say science fiction, or a game where everyone makes up a world together, or super heroes, or board games like Risk. I run a game that is open to New Players, about once a month, using the Free PDF of the game system: Basic Fantasy RPG. It's old-school dungeon crawling similar to 1980's D&D style. We will play it sometime in August. There is time for you to join the group, get the free Rule book PDF, and read the rules, to get ready for making your Character to play in August.
