Upload issues

Hi Guys! I seem to be having issues uploading artwork to use as a map background. It goes about 25% and then hangs. A bit disappointing as I've been spending a bunch of time working on these maps. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if there is a best practice for this. So far I love the ease of Roll20, so I'd like to know what I need to do! Is there a 'best' format for uploaded files? Or max file size? I'd like to be able to upload the entire map of the adventure area and reveal it via fog of war. My file is in .png format and was created by 'Shuffler' if that info helps. Thanks!
Using a screencapture program (screenhunter) I converted my .png file into a jpeg. It was likely the filesize that was causing problems for me. The .png file was 5.5kb and the jpeg is only 250kb. I had to resize my art a bit but it works fine. Posting in case the info helps anyone. Cheers!
I have been able to drag-drop 1mb PNG files into Roll20 without more problems than a slight delay because the uploading. I don't know, Mike Fisk, but I wonder: perhaps your uploading issues depend on your Internet connection speed?
I believe max image upload size is 5mb. gif, png, and jpg are supported image types. We are working on getting that all into the help docs.
