Any good sites for learning to make tiles/tokens?

Was wondering if anyone knew of any good websites to learn how to make tiles/tokens? There's a lot out there and was hoping to narrow the information overload a little bit. Don't get me wrong, a lot of the pre-made things are quite well done, but looking for some specific things.

Is there anything specific you're hoping to learn?  Are you looking to make tokens from scratch by drawing them or to make them from found images?

RPtools' Token Tool is fantastic. You''ll have to download and install it but you can literally pump out a token in 15 seconds. Open the program, drag ANY image (jpeg, IMG, PNG, ect) into the box and it creates a token to save into your files. You can choose different shapes such as circular or square and with different frames/borders. You can do a google image search in your browser (say, for an orc), find a picture you like, drag it from your browser to the token tool, adjust it a bit and then save it. Like I said, 15 seconds and you have a token. thanks I will definitely check out that site. As for anything specific, not really. I'm so new to drawing and using Roll20, I'm still learning general things and haven't quite narrowed my questions down as to what I'm really looking for. Currently in my mind I know I want to make a dungeon involving fire and lava and though I have found some great things pre-made, would like to be able to not have my players go, "oh yea, that's an awesome tile/token pack" or "yea I saw that image before". Kinda want to be a bit more unique.
