Profile Picture and Campaign Picture

Whenever I attempt to change my profile picture or my campaign picture, it doesn't change. I've even stayed on the page for about 40 minutes and no visible change. I'd really like some help on this.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site but lets start with the basics so that everyone is on the same page. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Steps 1-3 didn't help, and I tried a new browser and no anti-virus. Whenever I attempt to upload an image to the profile picture or the campaign picture, a light blue bar appears at the top of the section. At the same time, the "choose a file" button becomes greyed out, as if it was in the process of uploading. But clicking it again gives me the option to select another file, or after a while it simply reverts to the basic button, with no change evident. I'm using Windows 10 Chrome 44.0.2403.130 Javascript is enabled Malwarebytes is my anti-virus software I normally have adblock and Hola running In the log it says, "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)"

Just for completeness's sake, would you mind disabling Adblock for this site and seeing if that changes anything?

I did disable adblock, I disabled all of my extensions

Andrew what's the file type and size of the picture you're trying to upload? Does it work if you use a different browser? What about a different image?

The image is a .png file, and it's 739 KB. Didn't work on a different browser, I've tried several images, including the image that it used to be. Nothing has saved.

Are you able to try uploading from a different computer, laptop, or tablet or try a device on a different network or internet connection?
