The sheet looks fairly basic, but I do have a few questions: The wounds box is huge, is that for a single number, or for text descriptions of the wounds or both? The skills look like check boxes, is that correct, or do numbers go in those boxes? Under skills there are 5 big skills (Charms, DADA, Dark Arts, Potions, and Transfiguration) and then 12 smaller skills, is there a significance that? Under Schedule, I'm assuming each time slot should be a text entry area? Under Schedule, I'm assuming the total study hours per week should be a number entry? I'm assuming the Castings, and Preparation & Brewing Checks are where roll buttons would be needed, but are there are other areas where that would be needed? What are the various roll formulas that would needed for the roll buttons? (I don't know anything about this game)

I've everything I can for this sheet without the answers to the above questions. Here's a link to my test campaign for this character sheet. I start teaching next week (in addition to my normal job), so my ability to finish this will likely be greatly reduced very soon, so the quicker I get the answers, the better.

wow that looks incredible : D! and to answer your questions 1. in this there are 3 types of wounds. light medium and heavy, the box is to keep track of how many of each you have and what the wound is. for example a light wound would be a black eye, sprained wrist or something similar and so on. 2. the skill boxes are for numbers. 3. the only significance is that those are the mandatory classes that must be taken throughout the school years if the required grades are met. 4. Yep you'd be assuming correctly. 5. Yes Total study hours per week is a number entry. 6. the places where roll buttons need to go are on all the skills, the four main stats at the top, and the list of checks on the right. 7. the games uses d10 for rolls. and the rolls are specific to some of the skills. http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Harry_Potter_and_the_Table... heres a link to where you can find the core rulebook. so as far as roll boxes would be concerned it may be a little tricky to get all of them in : p. and lastly thanks you so much for taking the time to do this. The game has to type of rolls though a rolled check and a base check which looks like this Rolled: (stat)+(stat)+d10+skill+mods Base: (stat)+(stat)+(+5)+skill+mods As an example a herbology check would be int+finesse so 2+3+d10+2+(mods)=result and a muggle studdies check which is just int would be 2+d10+(skill)+(mods)

What is the roll formula for a Preparation check? And what's the roll formula for a Brewing Check? For Brewing I'm assuming it's: Intelligence+Finesse+Potions+Modifiers? If there are multiple skills that can be used with a Preparation or Brewing Check, what are the skills for each of those checks? I've started adding roll buttons to the sheet, so you if you wanted to check the sheet out again and validate that things are looking right, that would be great.

Ok—near as I can tell, the sheet should be done. I've added roll buttons for each skill and attribute, plus everything else I could find/think of. Put the sheet through it's paces and let me know if I missed anything or if something's broken. Once you give me the thumbs up, I'll get this submitted to github so it can be available to the community. :)
is there a way you could add another section or tab to the character sheet for spells and another for potions? basically a spell book and recipe book. other than that it looks great : D thank you for making this.

I'll see what I can do. Not sure when that will be done. While it shouldn't be difficult, I start teaching my first college class on Tuesday and need to finish up some prep work for that...so, it may be a few days before I can even get around to doing it. If you want the sheet in the mean time, just let me know and I'll get you the code.
it's fine there's no rush

Ok, I've added sections for Spells and Potions. Take a look and make sure it's understandable/usable. Once I get your thumbs up, I'll get it posted to github.

Good catch...the roll was accurate, just the labeling on the roll itself was incorrect. Either way, I've corrected that now. I've also submitted this to github and created Pull Request #1004, so this should be available to the general public once the pull request has been accepted and merged. Let me know if you there's anything else that's incorrect/missing. If you want/need the code before it becomes generally available, you can get it off github at: https://github.com/finderski/roll20-character-shee... That link contains both the HTML and the CSS files you'd need for a custom character sheet. I hope this helps.
