Please note this only accounts for NPC hire-ons, as well as the medic who was only here for one session.

Also, this probably isn't relevent anymore as we'll be getting a new vessel next session, and we'll need to re-do it as necessary.

We should consider getting a psychologist or two as well. Always helps crewmembers stay stable.
One psychologist should be enough, but yes, that is a good call.
