Self-Hosted Discussion Forum

As we've talked about before, we want to setup a self-hosted discussion forum to keep all of our posts save and sound should anything happen to Roll20. Plus, the Roll20 forum isn't that great. My husband is happy to host our own discussion forum for free on his server, and after some research, I'm interested in using  Discourse . It has automated backups built in. Some of the other well known forums have their own issues, but of course I'm happy to consider them if that's best for the group. I'll likely host it somewhere like dnd.msgendler.com/discussions/ and allow other groups/campaigns to have their own main category on the board. I know I plan on using a forum for my own future campaign! In Discourse, private spaces can be created at the category level and users can be invite-only. Here's the  feature list .
That sounds great Jennifer!
