Synovia x Ameiko

When Syn gets back to the Rusty Dragon, she seeks out Ameiko.
Ameiko is overseeing routine repairs of the stage.
"Ah, there you are! Come with me we need to talk."
Ameiko, arms crossed as she holds back her tongue from the criticism she wishes to lodge against either the carpenter's craftsmanship, work ethic, or both, raises an eyebrow at Synovia. She purses her lips, frowns, grunts and storms off as if the carpenter had offended all of her sensibilities on purpose, though truth be told the young man hasn't even noticed Ameiko's iiritation as he measures the floor. "What?"
Syn smirks at Ameiko's unnoticed disaproval. "I have a job for you. Well, it's really the Mayor who has the job,but anyway....actually it may be 2 jobs. First, I need you to come with me to Myrtle's house. I have to apologize for being rude. Second you need to take over the Women League."
Ameiko nods then stops and opens her eyes wide. "WHAT?! NO! I am not the Queen of Harpys!" she shouts. A few tables away a group of men look dubious at her assertion.
"Look, Kendra started the Community Watch to give the ladies something to make them feel useful. She put Myrtle in charge because she felt that with the death of her husband, Myrtle needed something constructive to do, but it has backfired in Kendra's face. It's turned into Myrtle's hen house and all she does is drive Kendra nuts. That's actually why I have to apologize. I lost my temper with her earlier called her a bitch a couple of times and threatened to cut her tongue out (I think).  Anyway, you're the only one in town that can put Myrtle in her place."
"Myrtle is a busy body..." Ameiko grumbles. "Your temper is too short at times..." she grouses.... "UGH! FINE! I won't talk to her today, or tomorrow, or maybe even the day after that!" she wags her finger in front of Synovia. "BUT...I'll talk to the evil witch and if she gives me an ounce of trouble, I'll..." she hesitates... "I don't know what I'll do but I'll do something and you will explain to Hemlock why!"
"Good, I'm worried about Kendra. All this shit lately is taking it's toll. She looks horriable and every time I see her, she has a bottle and glass of whiskey. Well, I better go apologize to the old bat. Maybe I should take Miro with me,or maybe Vrinn."
Ameiko nods then looks a little haunted..."I don't think you'll find Vrinn...he's....Not doing something." She coughs. "I have to get back to....supervising." She scuttles back to the stage, making a point not to look at Synovia.
Not letting Ameiko get away with that she follows her, "Ameiko Kijitsu! what do you mean by Vrinn's not doing something? Why won't I find him? And more importantly why are you avoiding looking at me?"

Ameiko continues to avoid looking at her. "It's just what I said. He is NOT going to go do something that he is not going to do.... So he's busy somewhere not doing something! And I'm TRYING to pay attention to this man ruining my stage!" For the first time the young man looks up completely perplexed... "What? How?" The Minkai bard starts peppering his him with nitpicking complaints about where he's putting nails and how he sands things.
"Well fine, I'll go apologize by myself and hope I don't make things worse."
