Applying Critical Success/Failure to the RESULT of rolls

Hey guys, I'm currently running a Dungeon World campaign (rolls are like /roll 2d6 + modifiers) and I've noticed that the critical success and failure markers apply to each die rolled. Comparatively in DW, you fail if you get a total roll of <7, or a critical success when you roll >9.  Is there a way to set up macros such that the CS/CF is based on the final result, and not the individual dice? So if the result is rolled(6)+rolled(2)+modifier(-2) (6), it's a failure, where as stuff like rolled(5)+rolled(5)+modifier(2) (12) is critical success? I've noticed that the current system is extremely distracting atm because you can get 'critical successes' on failed results, and critical fails on successful results. It's really hard to curb people's annoyance when they read a green number, get excited and then are like 'oh I failed'. Thanks!

I can't think of a way to highlight the roll based on the total (including modifiers), however at the very least you could remove  the contradictory highlighting with 2d6cs0cf0.

if you went Pro for the API you can use PowerCards conditionals to do it.

To the best of my knowledge, Brian is correct.  You need API to color dice based on results , but his suggestion of setting success and failure to 0 will keep the dice always the same color removing some of the frustrations.
I assume critical failure, failure, success, and critical success are the only outcomes?
Hey guys, thanks for the tips. I'll definitely try to remove the highlighting all together - is there an easy way to add your own macros to character sheets, etc. so players don't need to write their own/put their own names in? If not I'll set them up for each player.  @Leo The only outcomes are actually failure, success-with-a-drawback, and success. I thought crit fail for the overall fail state, and crit success for just-a-success would have been nice if possible though.
