Would be good to start what type of game you are looking for. Are you seeking say a traditional d20 game like Pathfinder or 3.5? Perhaps something more along Call of Cthulhu? Savage worlds? Star wars? Just good to really say which type of game you are looking for since each system is different in how they are handled.
