Roll20 not loading

Trying to help a new player set up his voice chat on the site, he had to refresh many times. When a person refreshes, more often than not, everyone else needs to because video and chat freezes up. So many refreshing in one session, however, got me stuck in the chat and video refusing to work.

So I tried refreshing a couple more times while checking all of my settings, and on the third attempt, my campaign refuses to load! I have tried following the rules here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues and have also flushed my DNS and disabled my firewall altogether. Still no go. The others can get into the campaign and it works fine for them, but now I get the chrome "page refuses to respond" error while the campaign chat and window stay in the loading state. I plan to try to get into it via hangouts next to see how that works.

I can load up via hangouts

OS Windows 7
Browser - Chrome
Extensions - google docs and adblock
Version Version 44.0.2403.155 m 
Javascript is enabled
Antivirus is lavasoft, currently disabled
Can't seem to access the console, sorry >.<
****Restarted the computer and it started working again
Having similar problem. It started after I tried to update my laptop to Win10 and it lost power halfway through. It didn't upgrade, and is currently running Win7, which I've never had problems on before. But now roll20 won't load. I don't use the camera or microphone (group meets in person and just uses the map).

Here's the weird thing- Only my campaign is failing to load, and only on my laptop. I can load other campaigns on my laptop, and I can load my campaign on my desktop. I use chrome on both computers, and have gone through Chrome's suggestions- I've checked my extensions, my firewall, my anti malware program, run Chrome's browser cleaner and cleared my cache. Nothing has fixed the problem, and when I click the lock icon in the Chrome address bar on both my laptop and my desktop, it says the same things.

I have no clue what is causing the issue, let alone on one computer but not the other running the same exact browser setting, with one campaign but not others.

Wish M., you've run through the Standard checklist, now it's time to run through the A/V Checklist.  Let us know what happens as a result of running through this checklist.

Korbal K., similar issues can have dissimilar causes.  Please start a thread of your own so you can receive individualized attention :)

Wish, you said it started working normally after a reboot. Are you still having issues?
I am logging on again okay still! I do believe the issue came about from all the refreshing, however. I believe my drivers or something ended up
conflicting. Thank you for replying!
