Turn Counter

Would it be possible to assign one or more of the players to be in control of the turn counter ? The way I play with my friends, people swap their place in the turns now and then, and its just another job for the GM to keep track of while players with much more sparetime could easily manage it ? :)
I had this thought as well. If the players could hit the next button. It would keep the DM from having to ask 'are you done', or 'anything else', every time it seems like a character is done.

@Nancy S., I second the idea of a "Done" button. Even if it just told them DM that they are done or posted it to chat. To be fair though, part of that could be done with a macro and button already....
We even haver a catch phrase for this in d20pro games... "Embrace the Space!"
