[5E Char Sheet] Trouble getting damage of weapons to roll properly

I'm having problems getting the proper damage roll from the 5E character sheet. What should I write in the Damage Dice column? I've tried (for the dmg of a mace) 1d6, d6, 6, [1d6], and other variants, but I either get this as a result: SyntaxError: Expected "(", ".", "[", "abs(", "ceil(", "d", "floor(", "round(", "t", "{", [ |\t], [+|\-] or [0-9] but end of input found. or "[6" when I write [1d6] in the Damage Dice column.

The fields should be entered without any brackets    "1d6" Make sure you're also filling in the Crit Damage as well.
