Always bring selected Card to Front in Z order

At the moment Cards work like any other token or drawing and retain their position in the Z order. You can right-click and bring any Card to the front. However, when playing a card game you generally expect the card that you select to come to the front (so that it can be placed on top of another stack, for example), and it's jarring to have to do this manually each time. Would it be possible to add an option in deck creation that would make selecting a Card bring that Card to the front of the Z order?
