Private Messages E-Mailed As "You have a new private message"

I'm in a campaign where there are a lot of members and a lot of forum posts every day. While I do receive e-mails every day of the notifications from the forum, I generally  don't read them and simply delete. The problem arises when  I receive private messages which are also treated as "notifications" and bundled together with the e-mail. This will almost always cause me to miss the PM because I simply have no way of knowing when a notification is simply a forum post or a private message. So my suggestion is: have separate e-mails sent out when you receive a private message, and have all other notifications treated as they are now. Having this feature in the account settings would be useful too in case people want to remove it. Thanks!
