[LFP][3.5] Starting a Westmarches-Style Campaign

Will be posting campaign theme/teaser shortly If you're unfamiliar with the Westmarches style, this link has some great information: http://arsludi.lamemage.com/index.php/78/grand-exp... - The world will be almost entirely homebrew (though inspired in part by the Dragon Age universe), and any WOTC book is allowed as long as its checked with the DM first. - This will be a very high-power campaign, and the players will very likely die if they make the wrong choices in the wrong situation. If you choose to go to an area which I've planned to be far above your level and rush in without any planning or scouting, do not expect any sympathy when those trolls TPKs the level 4 party. Though, I won't be too harsh, you'll have warnings beforehand and chances to escape (to a point) if you're in over your head. - Combat will require working together and executing sound strategy and tactics. If one member of the party charges in ahead of the group with no warning, they will very like get both themselves and the party killed. - I'm extremely open to player suggestion and love to hear feedback and ideas from my players as to what they're looking for in a campaign. Though the world is somewhat restricted, the possibilities for a campaign like this are limitless. For any questions regarding character creation or anything further, please get in touch with the DM (myself). Methods of contact, starting with the most preferred: Skype: Hayes.grady.m (image of a grey cat, from Tucson) Roll20 PM Posting on this thread Posting in the LFG Thread located here: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/31109/what-lies-below-dot-dot-dot#newtopic - Anything not listed here is still being debated/discussed among myself and the players at this point.
Do you know what days/time you'd be wanting to play?

Badger (Miriah) said: Do you know what days/time you'd be wanting to play? Westmarches Info Link: 1) There was no regular time: every session was scheduled by the players on the fly. 2) There was no regular party: each game had different players drawn from a pool of around 10-14 people. So it's really up to the players. There can, of course, be regular groups (I've got two or three players already who have formed a pseudo-permanent group), but there can be multiple groups in the world and you can definitely team up with any player(s) you'd like at any point, as long as you're all in the same region/city/etc. Though my schedule will probably limit the overall sessions/week to like two or three sessions a week, more if they're shorter.
