Voice/video chat not working

Hello, My voice/video chat is not working. I can see/hear all of my players, and I can see myself, but they can't see/hear me. It's worked before on the same computer and internet connection, but now is not. We've tried all kinds of internet diagnostics and my internet is fine (and I am set to send and receive voice/video chat, and I've allowed voice/video in Chrome for roll20); since I'm the GM I particularly want to get this up and running so we can play.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Cheers Kayleen
Can you please try taking the steps in our Audio Visual Trouble Shooting guide. If none of those resolve your issue please try following Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues guide, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
I ran into this same problem for the first time yesterday. I tried some of the solutions in the Audio Visual Trouble Shooting guide without success, but due to time constraints I probably didn't do too thorough of a job. For me, the problem occurred on in Chrome 46.0.2490.13 beta 64 bit on Mac OS X 10.10.5. I was able to get the video working by switching to my Windows 10 install on the same hardware. I'll have to check on the version of Chrome, since it may be different, but all of the addons and plugins should be the same since I have Chrome syncronized across all of my systems.

Thomas D., Because similar problems regularly have dissimilar causes, it would be best if you started your own thread in the bug forum.  Run through the two troubleshooting guides linked above and post the results in your new thread.
Thanks for the suggestions, we eventually got it working by reinstalling a different version of chrome.  Cheers!
