WebRTC not working properly in Chrome on OS X

1441843160

Edited 1441844081
Operating System: OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 Browser: Chrome 46.0.2490.22 beta (64-bit) Javascript: enabled Browser Addons: none Starting yesterday the other players in my games could no longer see or hear me through roll20. I could still see my own video in my roll20 window as I would be able to normally. I have followed the steps in the Audio Visual Trouble Shooting guide as well as steps 1-3 of the Solving Technical Issues guide. None of them fixed the issue or pointed to the source of the problem; however, I wasn't able to get the video to work in Firefox at all (i.e., the other players couldn't see or hear me and I wasn't able to see my own video as I was able to in Chrome). This problem does not occur when I join the game using Chrome 45.0.2454.85 in Windows 10.
If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

The only thing that jumps out at me is you were using the beta browser but then you state it works with the stable version. I would recommend just staying with the stable version. Beta browsers are full of glitches and bugs usually which is why we normally do not recommend them. Just to make sure I understood correctly, it works fine on the stable version, but not on the beta version. I'll see if we can look into it but we really only support the stable releases.
Sorry for the delayed response, I wasn't able to do any more testing the last few days. Switching to the non-beta Chrome build managed to fix the issue. My video client is now working as expected.
