Can you roll between two variables?

Hey there I have been trying to find out if you can roll between two variables. An example of what I mean would be rolling a number between 15 and 30 (inclusive) roll(15 to 30) = 16 (or any other number 15-30) If this is possible how do you achieve this result? Thank you for your help :)
[[ d16 + 14 ]] [[ [[?{Min|1} - 1]] + d[[?{Max|6} - (?{Min} - 1)]] ]]

Thank you both for your help, seems to have solved my problem :)
