Someone please help me! My entire game disappeared. I spent A LOT of time pre-preparing maps and stuff and its all just gone! It was there a week ago and I just logged on for our usual playing time and its gone.
Hi Leah, could you have another account? Try logging out and log-in with your other email. By clicking on your name to see your Profile it says this Leah K account is the GM of 0 games and with 0 hours played. That seems to indicate that the account that wrote the message is probably not the same account that spent time preparing maps in a game.
Are you the Co-GM of the game by any chance, or a Player in the game? Or the original GM who first created the game in Roll20? Something seems not-matched-up since it says "0 hours played" on your Profile, and yet you mentioned that you have a "usual playing time" and "spent a LOT of time".
Did you log in through Google hangouts when working on the map; I remember seeing that it can cause issues with 'splitting' the login somehow. The Devs can fix it if that's the case.
Do you know what the name of the campaign was? I might be able to find it that way. As Gold said, it looks like you haven't played any games on that account.
