Steps to replicate: As GM, Add New Character, or Add New Handout. Notice that the Character and the Handout offer a button, "Show To Players". Press the icon at top-left of the Character or Handout, to change it to a pop-out window. OR use the Setting "Use window pop-outs for characters". Notice that the "Edit" button is present but the "Show To Players" button is missing.
