The topic already exists maybe but I did not find him then I allows me to ask the question. I have a macbook and I thus use Safari as browser but neither the sound, neither no video of the chat work during the parts, what do I have to make so that it works? Thank you in advance. Cordially, Alexandre

While you haven't reported it as a bug yet I would strongly recommend running through the audio visual troubleshooting to see if that clears up your problem (you may have accidentally prevented access to your mic/camera). If not you may need to report it as a bug but it is also worth noting that Chrome and Firefox are currently the supported browsers. While the team will certainly attempt to help you with safari there can be no guarantees since it isn't officially supported by Roll20. Good luck
This is what is written when I reach a party: "The browser you are using is not compatible with WebRTC, which is required for video and voice chat. If you're using an external application such as Skype or you don't want to use video chat, you can safely ignore this message." Is there a manipulation to be made? Thank you in advance. Cordially, Alexandre

Other than switching browsers or using an external chat tool such as Skype, there is a Safari plugin to add WebRTC support: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2014/05/prweb11844308.htm
