I am a Plus user and don't have access to any of the dynamic lighting options, even in the page options to enable dynamic lighting - just not there. Looking for advice on how to fix this and get that level of access for my game.
Hi Josh, before we delve into the technical try logging out and back in again. If your subscription is a recent one you may not have had the perks assigned due to being active on a free account log in still. If that fails to show the options please let me know and we'll launch full throttle into the tech help.
Hi Ziechael, Yes, I've tried the ol' turn it off and on again approach. We haven't played for a while, but I was quite sure it WAS working when I set some torches around the map for our non night vision party members, and now after a 3 week hiatus it appears not to be working. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
Ok, one last question before i throw the old boilerplate at you. Are you the creator of the campaign or a co-GM? The perks available to a game are limited by the creator's subscription level.
Co-GM, the previous GM had to leave and I took over, however I believe he was a plus user as well, and as stated ,I believe I did have access to the tools prior to going on a three week break.
Is the creator of the campaign still a paid subscriber? Campaign features like dynamic lighting depend on the creator's subscription level, so if his subscription expired then you won't have his paid features anymore.
