So I'm having this very weird issue, where the map remains black. Apparently I'm the only player in the group who has this problem. I join a game, and the map remains all black. It's rather big, but even going to another, much smaller map hardly resolves the problem (I can see the raster but that's about it). When the GM adds tokens, they are visible to all but me. I can draw shapes on the map, but they are only visible by me. Other players can also draw shapes and such, and they can all see them, but I can't. I can see the chats, and what other people are chatting. I can even roll, and other people can see me roll. Clearing the cache doesn't work. Uninstalling Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari and reinstalling them doesn't work (I tried all those browsers). My internet speed is quite good (2 megabyte per second download). I'm using Windows 7 on a pretty high-end machine. The strange thing is, that it only seems to happen on my machine, with this specific game. If I join another game (by the same gm) it loads perfectly fine. Another oddity is that the only thing that seems to resolve the issue, is the GM kicking me from the game, and letting me join again. But then the next session this black screen thing happens all over again. So in summary: - Map is black * Chat and rolling die works though * drawing doesn't work, I can't see tokens and such * Fog of war works (black screen), and without fog of war I can see the raster * Other, map related features also don't work: i.e. drawing tools and such - Specific to a specific game, and specifically for me only. * on every map, no matter the size * Does not happen on other games * Other plays have no issues whatsoever - Happens every session, since 5 or 6 weeks ago - Happens on the following browsers (I didn't test other browsers): Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari * Clearing cache, uninstall - reinstall doesn't solve - Kicking me from the game seems to resolve the issue, but I'm stressing the 'seem'-part, because it's so very illogical this would resolve it - Windows 7 - Okayish internet connection - No errors when I open any debugger (firebug for example)
