Interactive Tutorial Freezes

I wanted to check out the new interactive tutorial and it started okay but once it got to the "The first tool we'll examine is the Drawing Tool. Click the Freehand drawing tool icon from the VTT Toolbox dropdown menu to continue." The tutorial froze and I could get no further.

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information to further assist you.

As GenKitty said, let us know what browser you are using and what appears in your console log. This will help us troubleshoot where it went wrong. 

I cleared my cache but came up with the same results.  Here is the other info you requested. Web Browser Firefox Browser Version 41.0 Operating System Windows 7 If Javascript is enabled Yes Your anti-virus software Norton Security Suite List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled Quicktime and Adobe Acrobat

Can you post the Console Log from Step 4?

There is no console log.  Nothing shows up in the console log throughout the tutorial or at least until it reaches the point where it freezes.

I tested that step and it appears to have an issue with Firefox but works fine in Chrome. I've marked it down as a a bug and hopefully we will have it fixed soon. 

This should now be fixed.
