s1 e7 - dignified savages The team kicks out of town while they still have time heading for kashakant caverns to collect moss.. they encounter groomed tribesmen having a civil dinner at the well outpost southeast of the Kashakant sword. Some quick wit gets safe passage from the cultured clansmen down the well where more cultured tribesmen ar3 cole3cting moss themselves... after a beartrap gives away their postion they make nice with the tribals and gather up a stack of moss before heading back out.. apparently going further into the caves wil take them into the kashakant fortress.. where varias is extracting the stuff as fast as it's growing. taking barels of it to the burnig keep. the team stays clear of the interior and scurry back up the well and crashign with the cultured clansmen before having a fresh start in the mrning. stacks of yak steak later the team make southward til a beartrap catches the barbearian. low level adventurer hunting yak theft patterns... rumor has that orcs and possibly clansment are staling yak for food. The clansmen are not a surprise but it's unusual to see orcs push this far west and south for a meal No time for love... they let it go and boot scoot back to town to get a boat instead of cashing in favor from local gov't they decide to earn an unused fishing skiff. turns out fishing nets have ben getting cut by a small group eco terrorist mermaids. they trade a skiff for a resolution.. so team is currently taking "fishing trips" to catch some trouble. they'll have one more shot at the mermaids before the challenge to buy the farm is up for the orphans relying on Loper...
